Restaurateur Ed Saunders, also involved with the excellent concepts, Fork and Spoon (open from April to end of September each year, situated at Fork) has created an eatery in which the ambience and the food are cosy, home-from-home, as well as simply sophisticated; a bit like New York loft meats Deep South smokehouse and bistro. He has recently employed Ian Lilley as Executive Chef and they have both introduced a new tasty menu with some of the old Knife favourites as well as some new delicious classics.
